We put off renovating our kitchen, dining room and living room for a couple of years now as we just dreaded the thought of living through the process for weeks on end. Well let me say how very, very, surprised we were. C&C Construction Renovations & Painting came in and not only scraped our old ceiling of the "Popcorn" texture but put in a new"California Knockdown", took out part of a wall, removed cabinets and repainted the whole area in 1 week! On some days there were as many as 4 people working at once to ensure the disruption to our daily life was as short as possible. The results are amazing! ERMC contracted with C&C Construction Renovations & Painting to do the tenant improvements in our new office. We had C&C do a total of approximately 2,700 square feet of improvements which included 1700 square feet of offices on the main floor plus the construction of a second floor and another 1000 feet of office on that floor. Starting from bare walls and concrete, they finished our project on time (8 weeks) and on budget and we are very happy with the quality of the work. The project was kept unbelievably clean and neat all through the construction process. We would recommend them to anyone.

This was our 1st experience in home renovations, and the only thing greater than our apprehension was our desire to replace our ugly fireplace. We were so impressed and happy with our choice to pick C & C Painting images. to paint our master bedroom and ensuite. I had one quote previously before Cesi's, and the gentleman told me that when he painted the ceiling, when the paint dripped down our vaulted ceiling onto the walls, they would just paint over that. They prepped the walls, covered and protected our carpets and furniture and filled in all of our holes and the repairs my husband made that had to be re-repaired!! In a blitz of activity this summer, the painters of C&C Construction Renovations & Painting swarmed over The Star of the North Retreat Centre. C & C Management was recommended to me by someone who had a great experience with this company and I can attest that they are extremely professional as well. We had the upper floor of a house in need of repainting and a little carpentry. Antonio, our project manager, came out to conduct the estimate and book the work. He was approachable and kept in contact as the schedule approached. The workers were very respectful of the current tenants and kept the work area clean and organized. The work itself was beautiful! I will certainly be recommending this company to my friends and we'll be seeing them again in a couple of years when we put the house on the market.
